- All online orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant goods. Should the Company be unable to provide any product or service you have ordered, we will notify you by telephone or email before delivery and reserve the right to decline the order.
- The products on this website are available for sale exclusively through the Rosary online store, the JS Beaute Luxury physical retail store, and the official website of "Queen".
- Product prices are based on the prices on the day you place your order.
- In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, the Company has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price.
2. Pricing and Payment
- This website accepts payments via PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, and JCB.
- The Company reserves the right to change the payment methods for products on this website at any time.
- You must pay the full amount of the order at the time of submission. Should you be unable to make a payment, the Company will not accept the order. 3. About Your Order
- Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday, Hong Kong Time, excluding Hong Kong public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Orders with standard shipping service will be processed within two to three business days. Orders placed on non-business days will be processed on the second following business day.
- Each order can only be shipped to a single address. If you wish to have items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
- Upon receipt of the goods, members or recipients must immediately inspect the products and verify the quantity. If any issues are found with the products or if the quantity does not match the order, please note this on the delivery receipt and contact our customer service department to arrange a replacement. 4. Lost Parcels
If the parcel tracking status shows that the order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, you may :
- Ask your neighbours or family members.
- Enquire with your building's concierge or management office.
- Contact the courier company for information.

5. Delivery
- This website offers delivery services to the following countries: Hong Kong, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand, Canada, United States, Mexico, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Iceland, Switzerland, Spain, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Argentina, and Brazil.
- Delivery charges are as displayed by the system. We will collect both the product price and the international shipping fee before arranging delivery.
- The weight of goods is calculated in whole kilograms. Any weight less than a full kilogram will be rounded up to the next full kilogram, and so forth.
- Should you wish to ship goods overseas weighing more than ten kilograms, please contact our customer service representative for a separate quotation. - Our responsibility concludes upon the dispatch of the goods and receipt of the delivery confirmation. We are not liable for any failure to deliver to the specified address, loss, or damage after dispatch. Should any delivery issues arise, you will need to negotiate directly with the local postal service at your own expense. We will cooperate by providing the necessary dispatch receipts.
- The recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of Taiwan may be subject to taxes (including but not limited to VAT, sales tax, import duties, goods and services tax), customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country (collectively referred to as "the Taxes"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance.
- Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for further information. If you are required to undergo customs clearance procedures, this may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates, and you, as the importer of record, must assume this risk.
- Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a specific form of identification before a shipment can be released. You may be required to provide an identification number, such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID. Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
- By clicking "Confirm" to complete the ordering process, you accept and agree to be responsible for all additional charges, taxes, or matters related to claiming import documents for the shipment of the ordered goods.
- If the goods are returned due to refusal of receipt, we will charge for the return shipping and handling fees. The remaining balance will be refunded directly to your payment account. Please note: Due to local import laws involving the payment of additional fees, various taxes, or the registration or application for import permits for the goods, we must declare the value of the goods (including the value of any gifts) truthfully. Some countries also require that the details of the contents, including the value of the goods, be attached to the outside of the parcel for customs clearance. Therefore, under no circumstances can we adjust the value of the goods on the customs declaration documents at the customer's request.
6. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour disputes, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
7. Revision and Amendment of Terms and Conditions
- You are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions before confirming any order. Once an order is submitted, it signifies that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions in effect at that time.
- The Company reserves the right to revise and amend the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision.
