1. Order Cancellation

  • We regret that we cannot amend or cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
  • An order, or part of an order, may be cancelled for reasons such as: inability to process payment; inability to deliver to the address provided; a duplicate order; a customer cancellation request; or the product being out of stock. Should your order be cancelled, you will receive an email notification. You will not be charged for any cancelled items. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department. 2. Exchange Policy
  • Please inspect your products carefully upon purchase. Exchanges are not permitted unless there is a quality issue with the product.
  • If you find any issues with your items, please contact our customer service department within 7 working days of receipt, providing your order number, name, telephone number, and the reason for the exchange.   • Customers may exchange the returned product for another product of equal value based on the amount paid. If the value of the new product is less than the original, the difference will not be refunded. If the value of the new product is higher, the difference must be paid. Once the exchange is approved and we have received your returned item, we will dispatch the exchanged product as soon as possible.
  • Each product is eligible for one exchange service only. All shipping fees related to exchanges are not included.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of all returned and exchanged products, which must be sent to the designated address as instructed.
  • Our company reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether it qualifies as a quality issue.
3. Return & Refund Policy
  • Under normal circumstances, refunds are not accepted for orders that have been submitted and paid for.
  • All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our company.
  • Please ensure that the product is unopened and in its original condition. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of all returned products, which must be sent back to our designated location.
  • Once we receive the returned item and the return is approved, we will complete the refund process within 15 working days. Shipping fees are not included in any returns or refunds.
  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment account. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the issuing bank. For details, please contact your card-issuing bank.
